Moldblade at NPE 2024: The Experience

Last week, Moldblade was part of an incredible gathering of professionals and experts at NPE 2024 in Orlando, an essential platform for everyone involved in the plastic industry. Our booth was a hub of activity, showcasing our latest innovations and capturing the attention of attendees interested in our services. We were thrilled to share one of our patent-pending cap proposals, the TETHERED CAP design, which complies with new legislation requiring the permanent attachment of cap elements to find a more ecological solution for the market.

The event was exceptionally enriching, allowing us not only to showcase what we do best in terms of injection molds but also to learn about the new trends transforming our sector. Sustainability, advanced automation, and innovation in materials were recurring themes in the discussions.

Moreover, NPE 2024 became a fertile ground for new collaborative opportunities. We met many professionals who share our vision of innovation and efficiency. In addition, we initiated dialogues that will continue over the coming months, as in the case of our collaboration with Eastman Chemical Company to advance in the exploration of biocompostable materials’ application in the industry. These conversations opened doors to new future projects in sectors such as eco-friendly tableware for the production of more sustainable cutlery. Furthermore, at the fair, we were able to establish relationships with companies with which we will develop several IML packaging projects over the next year.
